Applebocq
    Brewery:Brasserie Du Bocq
    Alcohol:3.1%

Appearance: naturally cloudy product, colour verging on pale yellow.

Nose: body varying between apple and cinnamon on a bitter coriander-orange spiced base.

Taste: characteristic of tart apples (old variety). Sweet product with a touch of wheat.

Remarks: serve well chilled (as for Blanche de Namur; half-fill your glass and, before filling it, shake the bottle so as to benefit from the entire palette of flavour and the cloudiness that distinguish this product).
